Pekka House

Given the location of the site and the visual relations established with the surrounding plots, we decided to set up the house opening to a southwest orientation, leaving a large garden between the house and the forest.

To achieve a wide space in the garden, a compact building is projected, in a single volume, consisting on a basement, ground floor and first floor.

Perpendicular to the volume of the house and arranged near the street and the plot, two of the main elements that make up the garden are located: the pool and the patio on the opposite side of the house, which serves to illuminate the basement and communicate it with the garden.
